My career began in 2004 as a casting PA. After a few jobs working as a PA I transitioned quickly to a casting assistant for BET's Ultimate Hustler. A few weeks into the job, the casting director quit and I had to take over and find a cast for the show. It was frightening due to very little experience in the field, but I had a lot of heart and determination to make it work and I did just that. The network was very happy with the talent I presented and they continued to hire me as a casting director as well as an associate producer for various productions. After a few years of freelancing at BET and few other production companies, I was given the opportunity to work as a challenge producer for a VH1’s competition themed show ‘I Want To Work For Diddy, season 2. I had always been curious about post production and as luck would have it was given the opportunity to work as a post producer for the show as well. I stayed in post there after working on hit shows such as ‘Kimora: Life In The Fab Lane and ‘Design Star’ which led me to Steve Harvey's daytime talk show. I worked at the show for 3 seasons and won a Daytime Emmy Award in 2015 for my work as a Post Producer. In September of 2015 I spent 3 weeks in South Africa working as a story producer for a documentary film. Present day I have my sight set on conquering the scripted entertainment sector of film and television.
